When looking for a replacement coupler, there are several reasons why you should choose our product:

We use the exact specifications as the original Eaton coupler. Some companies are reproducing their couplers almost 7% larger in diameter than the original. This increased diameter could result in a loss of performance due to additional rotational mass when the coupler is spinning at upwards of 10,000 RPM.

The material we use for this coupler has a higher melting point than the green, white or yellow couplers that others are selling. The couplers made by others are made from softer polymers and are cheaper to manufacture. A softer polymer will wear much faster.

Our coupler is made here in the USA, Ohio to be exact. This coupler is not molded like some cheap replacement couplers available. Our coupler is CNC machined from an advanced polymer with embedded molybdenum disulfide. The addition of molybdenum disulfide renders this material stiffer, harder and dimensionally more stable. The nucleating effect of the molybdenum disulfide results in an improved crystalline structure enhancing wear properties.

You may think that a cheaper coupler is the best bet, but the life cycle of our coupler will save you more money in the long run, as you may have to replace a cheaper coupler long before ours will wear out. We are offering a lifetime warranty on our coupler. If our coupler wears out on the original vehicle in which it was installed, we will send you a replacement coupler at no charge. The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase for the life of the supercharger for the vehicle it was originally installed on.
